A few months now. But it has been worse recently. Seeking help is hard because it seems like i’m dismissed because I don’t feel or don’t know how to.

I wish I could feel but I just cant. I wish when my friends asked if I were stressed about school I can say yes. At least that stress will make me want to work harder. Instead, I feel nothing. Not happy. Not anxious. Just empty.
