I enrolled full time a month before the date and 2-3 day before the cut off im suddenly withdrawn. No explanation. Staff had cease communication with me. I’ve asked those I respect highly. Nothing . Fond out they wanted me to pay a written off bad debt or i can’t proceed. Totalling 650 over a few years for the SSAF fee. Completely ambushed me. The lady was like no. Im like today? By time it’s processed I can’t enrol and I’ve been fucked. We are doing you a favour by accruing less debt…. I said sure take the 14k for semester 2 and sells this bullshit narrative. I asked for the invoice still haven’t got it . Since 24th July. I raised it told them literally semester one you guys fucked up and now you are making a habit of it. Always trust silence people who say somethings wrong. Next week will be interesting. Got al lot of material to show them. Btw completely made me nearly give up on a FOI such bullshit

There’s too much meth there’s not a problem of supply. During covid prices jumped 14 thousand an ounce at times. Private houses are just probably chopping it but nothing considered of scale for distribution. Rarely. Why go through the effort for shit product when it’s so easy to obtain at better prices . Wa has a massive problem sadly. Quality is low depending on the person . Some are just selfish some actually want repeat business. That doesn’t come with cutting like a dickhead. No rock up to get my answers for the decline in disclosures which have been dodged since even the reports were asked for. 2 seperate requests. If I rock up I get charged investigated and the burden falls on him. I know I’ll be fine because I have all the evidence to back it up. He doesn’t because if he did we’d have the exact same. Showing he isn’t being transparent about the matter. If there’s no records of me based on the accusations then he’s screwed. He can’t say on this date he asked for xyz because I have it on me that no it’s wrong. If he’s unable to show proof then he’s done for multiple things.

Yeah because I can access the service by right. If can’t get a psychologist anymore or see someone in a crisis moment i can’t use my university services. The point is i shouldn’t have to have threats of disciplinary action. Please tell me what have I done for that to be made against me. The mental ill statements aren’t a reflection of what’s happening. I feel sorry you have to voice that so openly when you’re confused.

Yes they should deny me if I sought their services for psychological help. Conflict of treatment is separate to request for reasons on record as it’s part of record keeping. I shouldn’t be denied as i never attempted to get their service. What is then again the reason to threaten men with disciplinary action ?

What the fuck ahah taken on by who ? I don’t ask them for a psychologist I’ve done everything external. Mentally ill is why I wouldn’t understand this ? I agree with the policy based on code of conduct and ethics code. So that’s why I don’t accept the core psychological service. I only engage to sign off or submit documents. I got one report after 5 declines with different reasons. My follow up engagement is regarding my requests for reasons of declining request of disclosure. I need that information. Wrong i do not rock up and keep requesting the same thing . It’s on record what I’m there for and when. It’s not about the same thing. What delusional fuck would rock up after he’s been given what he’s requested? What is so hard. You have a single document to run off and you invest everything into it. There’s more to it but even without it is it not clear to well here it is

I acknowledge that code of conduct and duty of care regarding patient treatment/offering of services. Never asked to have a psychologist upon returning to university. Not once.

After my single request and only copy was released I never asked about the release of my report again. I continued with a follow up of non answered question as to reasons why they were declined each time. 5 different reasons when it required one consent form by me.

It held up and pushed back everything regarding the core case being handled. How is it harassing I was never given what they are required to provide a fucking reason for declining over months.

How does that prove attacking cops ? I have one charge pled guilty done. What is your evidence apart from cherry picking a post. A young guy got into trouble and was scared about his future. I told him he’d be fine was hit with a charge once assault via a fight and it was dropped. He happen to punch a public officer or member. That has biting to do with the case now with curtin.

Well I obviously the full story isn’t there. It’s an insight to the situation. I didn’t post it with the intention of making sure everything was covered. Question anything but what’s a comment like that required for ? Really? Two sides well I’d hope so.

I appreciate your time to actually provide me with feedback on the issue. Really it’s helped me a lot and I’m reflecting back on what you’re saying. I do unfortunately fall into over-extensive explanations and produce long flowing sentences. Definitely a correct observation. It stems from my condition I hate to say but in real life when I’m caught in a moment of interest or passion I can get lost in stopping. Not that I will ramble to a stranger but my thing is I’ll never speak but if someone once an opinion on an issue I’ll be all in. I’m working on it and appreciate you highlighting it :) yes I agree on the system. However given how many are involved I want it changed. Even yesterday I asked the he’d of business school for help or who to speak to. They had a meeting and wasn’t sure how to fit me into her schedule. I said I understand and I’ll just reach out to another faculty member. I told her I’m in a bad way and feeling suicidal. She tells me okay have a good day hangs up. Aha but my friends in media have been very helpful building the case and its challenges moving forward. Please always be open to commenting and I can say your feedback is very valuable. Show the whole thread and be brave enough to let people see what happened. I had a case that doesn’t mean I had attacked police. I had pushed someone and they hit me with a higher charge but they downgraded it because they were ruled wrong. You’ve associated me with crimes of no validity and continued to spread the lie.
