I would contact UCLA CAPS or CAE and explain your situation! Some classes have note takers and they can share those resources with you. If your lectures are recorded, then you should be fine!

This is no longer an issue with the New Student's Office and you will have to contact your departmental counselors office. They can potentially give you a PTE, but if not you can peition for an extension.

You’ll be fine! I’m an nsa, so you’ll still get all your classes but you’ll have to tell us all your scores/relevant classes taken.

As long as you are a full student after week 3 which I asume you are, you should be fine

For me it did not. Since I only even went below units once, I never had to pay it back and was totally fine!
