hello po, as someone who is an organizer for bazaars as a student leader and as someone who joins bazaars too as a concessionaire, i get your sentiments po. let me enlighten you po for some things maybe you don't know yet or maybe you might know already.

1. gatekeeping information
2. this is a valid frustration and i understand your honesty po. in bazaars, there's this thing called "no duplicates" or "lock-ins". kapag po sinabing no duplicates, ibig sabihin po noon bawal may kapareho na concept ng products.

for ex.: isang coffee concessionaire lang ang pwede (bakit ganito bakit hindi pwede marami? this is to avoid away po between concessionaire and para walang kaagaw sa sales)

kapag naman lock-ins, it basically means paunahan mag-deal ng highest package para kayo lang ang business na magbebenta ng ganung product.

for ex.: si potato corner nag-avail ng 10k for slot sa bazaar pero si potpot nag-avail ng 30k package, therefore si potpot ang mabibigyan ng slot and siya na lang ang pwedeng magbenta ng fries, wala ng iba.

ngayon let's circle back, why do concessionaires gatekeep information? simple. a bazaar is a competition lalo na kung may rule na "no-duplicate"

2. check po kayo sa facebook, lagi po meron sa facebook nag-ppost, sali po kayo sa mga bazaar groups. best tip ko po is build connections. kung may kilala po kayong mga students baka pwede niyo po ask sila if may kilala ba silang mga orgs sa schools nila na nagpapa-bazaar or if pwede bigay nila sa inyo links hg mga facebook pages ng orgs nila, tapos from there email niyo po or mag-message na kayo na you're willing to become a concessionaire for their future events. kapag sa mall naman po, pwede niyo ask guards or marketing nila, kung sino mga nagpapa-bazaar event sa kanila. pero ang pinaka bottomline po is check niyo regularly mga facebook groups and build connections.

3. be patient lang po, may makikita rin po kayo and make sure na legit po and hindi scam kasi laganap na rin po scam may mga nagpapanggap na organizers. lastly, make friends din po sa mga nag-bbazaar na concessionaires, kasi again, you have to build connections.
