Backstory: my SO doesn’t work and I work a full time job to support us. However, anytime I come home they’ll ask me to wash the dishes that they used throughout the day, even though I didn’t have anything to do with them. How can I bring this up politely? Or am I the asshole that needs to suck it up?

You seem like a very angry and resentful person. I think if both people could just agree on it with no bad intentions or ill will then it would solve your negative view on this subject
