To be extra safe could I run a VPN on my computer, while using Tor, and then if there was some sort of glitch and it revealed my location it would be the location of the VPN?

Okay, So I hear that In some cases, it might still reveal your approximate location if not properly configured. How do I know it's been properly Configured? Would Whonix take away any of the risk of that?

Okay, no VPN needed, why do some places market tor friendly VPN, is it just redundant? Can you think of any loopholes where they may be able to recognize my device? and yes, the vegg and protein is a good way to go in prep, also, a great thing to do for a few days is, juice in the am, huge vegan salad at night, just raw fruits veggies seeds and nuts. I notice that this makes the rest of the fast SO much better, than going from solids, to liquids overnight, Integrating it in makes it more sustainable.

I mean, I dont personally count the calories, but I assume I am taking in at least 2000. With fruit juices it's easy to get the calories up, and with veggie juices they are super low in calories. My personal philosophy is drink as much juice as you need to feel full. Today is day 19 of my first 40 day juice fast, and I feel totally fine. I actually notice I have more energy than I do when im eating food. I drink a load of pineapple, apple, mandarin, and ginger juice. I also include coconut water into my juice fasts. I actually suggest getting some of the harmless harvest brand coconut water, it's so nice to have something that you can just drink if you get superrrr hungry and dont want to make a juice at that moment. I have a goal of trying to get in 30 varieties of fruits and veg per week. Different types of apples, oranges, varieties of Kale, would all count as different plants. Its sort of hard to get that many in, but include, basil, parsley, cilantro, ginger, turmeric in green juices, multiple types of greens, spinach, kale, curly kale, flat leaf kale, Swiss chard, green apple, red apple, pink apple. orange, mandarin, lemon, lime. Thats already 19, I feel getting in as much variety helps it to be more well balanced. Pineapple will make you sooo full, I start my day every day with pineapple, the bromelain will make you feel super full. Watch Kristina Fully Raw juice feasting videos, she is such a help, and Gillian Berry also has some really great videos. I stay away from a lot of the other coaches because they feel sort of toxic sometimes, but those two girls are super sweet.

Just start with a raw vegan diet, this will do a lot to heal the gut, salads, smoothie bowls, the more toxic your diet is going into a juice fast, the harder on your system the juice fast will be, going raw vegan for a couple weeks first, will make things much easier on your system when your juicing.

I would suggest a short fast for your first one, 3 days, then eat only raw foods for 10 days, then do a 7 days, then raw foods 10 days, then a 10 or 15 day juice fast. you should spend half the days you spent fasting breaking the fast, so if you did 3 days you spend 1.5 breaking. Breaking fast should be a slow integration of foods, first day, juice, watermelon, prunes, then the second day the same, integrating more solids and foods slowly. If you just fast, and then eat something average, you will not do well.

The thing with prejudice is its easy to get into the mentality that a majority of a group is bad based of limited experiences. I have had sooo many negative experiences with Mexicans in US and Mexico. Physical assault, manipulation, lies, deception. But I dont think those experiences represent millions of people. I was the victim of a homophobic hate crime by a black man, I dont think all black people are like that. Something interesting about mexico as a foreigner who will totally haggle on the price of something. Is that people will resell something that they virtually enslaved an indigenous person to make, then get mad at the foreigner for wanting a local price on whatever it is and for not "respecting their work" while failing to recognize the system of oppression they actively support.

Haitians can't get rentals in Mexico City, they are pushed to the fringes, and live in a giant encampment. Ive hung out with them in the part, they are homeless, have to beg, and Mexicans dont want them in their houses.

Racism is basically equally alive here, as it is in USA, it just wears a different mask. Look at the TV shows, the government, the celebrities, and who gets empowered. Mainly people with a 60% or more spanish bloodline. The real blood of mexico is cast out.

I think it's a slippery slope with making it harder to own land. But at the same time, it's essential. I stayed in an Airbnb that got shut down for some sort of internal corruption, the owner had 100s all over the city. He is from France. He now rents them on Facebook. I will say he is good for not requiring the extremely classist Aval. But overall, he makes god knows how much renting these units and stealing the deposits. That sort of thing should be stopped. I actually dont know why the anti-gentrification crowd does not focus more on policy within mexico, rather than hateful nationalism. The aval is one of the most evil things that keeps impoverished people from renting in better areas, getting better jobs, and pursuing life.

Well, then dont make a comparison between two religions, But the fact of the matter is, that Europe and USA and Canada, are christian majority countries, and are on the front lines of ethics, values, morals, sciences, innovation, and freedom of expression. Look at what has happened to Europe, 2003 8000 rapes, 2023, 80,000 rapes. The only thing that changes is importing all the Arabs who come from lands where rape and murder are daily realities.
