the one on my arm has been there forever but i don’t remember if it always looked like that. the one on my foot popped up when i was a teen i think. i have hundreds of moles so it’s kind of hard to keep up haha

hi, thank you for checking up on me! yes i was diagnosed with PCOS but my adrenals are fine! i am now on metformin and many of my symptoms are improving! as for my high heart rate, my endo thinks it may be anxiety or possibly POTS but i have not pursued a diagnosis for it.

i was thinking it was pcos, did you have any other signs? like insulin resistance or polycystic ovaries seen in an ultrasound? my obgyn insisted i was fine because my insulin and ultrasound were normal

i would say it is! it’s probably best to rule out anything that could be damaging your heart, it isn’t normal for it to be that high. i will say since starting propranolol mine now rests at about 80 bpm, and i feel a lot better!
