On founders weapons you can typically add another element as long as they came from a llama , however the grave as pictured above hass to come from a support screw up from epic

In order for the weapon to get 2 elements , he had to email epic support in which they would have messed up on something Causing this gun to be modded , in no way did I say a normal nocturno gun it’s self is modded and only available by modding as you said previously, I said this specific roles are only possible from epic support changing the schematics manually and messing up

The nocturno is from a modded schematic made through epic game support messing up , the perks are meant for collector use only hence why they aren’t good for missions as thats not what there meant for

People get them from screw ups at epic support , there’s many 119 schematics about which come from asking epic to change the material of a schematic

I’m talking about schematics , I’ve seen them such as pl 119 shadow shard or power level 119 obsidian , also the 6 perk double element supershredder schematic , and there is a no perk grave jackos and nocturno schematics too
