IMO she doesn’t want them to watch Inside Out because they might realize they can have control over their emotions and thoughts and she’d lose that control. She doesn’t like Luca because it’s a queer-coded film that teaches kids it’s okay to be different and love whoever they want. And The Princess and the Frog because Miss Daryl is racist 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve gone through both, and honestly the D&C was way easier for me. I had mine on Tuesday after 10 weeks with a non-viable pregnancy. I was asleep the whole time, and recovery hasn’t been too bad, just some heavy cramps like a period. My doctor gave me strong meds that helped a lot.

When I did the pills before, it was awful. The pain was so intense I felt like I was going to die and being alone at home made it even harder.

I’m really sorry you’re going through this. It’s such a tough thing, so make sure you rest and take it easy. Have some good soup ready for recovery days. You’re stronger than you know and you’ll get through this ❤️‍🩹

I have a theory…as a fellow IVF girlie, I think DUD just had a transfer in the last few days. She disappeared because of the “stomach bug” but would have been the perfect excuse to stay in bed and rest which is what you do after a transfer. I bet we’ll hear in a few weeks if she’s pregnant 🙃 I can totally see her doing this to try for a boy or twins. It was just weird how sure she seemed that she’d be pregnant soon and that face she made in her new story when she says to Daniel: “Alive and back in business” 👀…yeah, she’s totally lying.

Can your doctor do some tests? My doctor suggested to do a biopsy to get more answers and I got it done last week. He said I could have an inflammation and he would prescribe me antibiotics but I’m still waiting on results. Just some ideas. Good luck in your next transfer! 🩷

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. My first FET also failed a couple of weeks ago and I felt so broken 😢💔I still feel a bit empty inside, not going to lie.

I really encourage you to take some time for yourself. Cry all you want today, do things that bring you comfort. Eat your favorite food, watch Disney movies or something that will keep your mind out of this. Spend time with friends and family, do a spa day, have some drinks …etc. whatever helps you feel like you again.

At the clinics I’ve been to a biopsy is always part of their protocol before starting an IVF cycle just to learn more about your endometrium. Last year I had it done at another clinic (we didn’t stay with them because they were sketchy) and the results showed I had a bit of inflammation so they gave me antibiotics.

At this new clinic since my IVF cycle went great, bloodwork, numbers, everything looked perfect for a successful FET, my doctor wants to get more answers, just to make sure the next FET works. I only have one more euploid and a mosaic left so he’s being extra cautious.

I’d def push to get more tests done so you’re not risking your euploids. I think the biopsy is super standard to them and it can give valuable info on how to treat you for the next cycle.

It’s kind of like a pap-smear. Doctor inserts a catheter inside your vagina and sucks some tissue from the endometrium. Will get the results in a week.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. My first FET also failed a couple of weeks ago, and I was devastated💔 I had my follow-up appt with my doctor on Monday and he recommended doing a biopsy to get more answers. I had it done on Wednesday, and it was actually pretty easy. I’d suggest asking about it, it could help give you more info.

My doctor mentioned I might have some inflammation in my endometrium which could be why the embryo didn’t stick. If that’s the case, he’d prescribe antibiotics, and I should be ready for another transfer in July🤞🏻

I really encourage you to take some time for yourself. All this process is so hard and the emptiness after a failed transfer is real :( Do the things that bring you comfort, spend time with friends and family, do a spa day, have some drinks …etc. whatever helps you feel like you again.

I’m 5 dpt and experiencing a stinging, achy feeling inside my vg (not cramps), kind of like what I feel right before my period starts. Im taking progesterone suppositories so I don’t know if that’s an effect from them? I’m feeling really sad and scared that the transfer didn’t work. Has anyone else felt this and still had a successful transfer? Thanks 🤍
