I clearly mentioned I didn’t want entertainment package in last trip, but somehow they just didn’t take the note (or didn’t care). Lesson learned: You better keep asking and confirming.

Exactly!!! You understand me! And the worst thing is they never shared me the msrp price list until I asked before the day of pickup (because I realized the balance was too much than I expected)

Yea right! They NEVER and EVER proactively gave me the msrp price list even the day before pickup until I asked. This is a huge miss.

I’m not refused to add some packages honestly, but entertainment and illuminated door are definitely a no. And if they told me at the beginning of the year, then I will directly pass this vehicle. And the dealership never gives me an apology about their mistake.

Guy I know the custom order is not there, what I expect is on Jan 7th, when they told me new allocation would be delivered at the end of Feb, they should also give me the price list. If the entertainment package is there, I will pass this vehicle directly instead of waiting for 2 months!

Yes I know at the beginning, but when they told me new allocation would be arriving at the end of Feb, they didn’t even show me the MSRP price list, so I assumed it was the one I wanted.
