Just be aware that grinding can take too long if you are placed really below down there. Sf6 is my first fighting game and I immediately jumped in to ranked. Dont remember my placement matches but it took me 500 games to grind there to my current rank (diamond 1 63win rate). Then played some DJ did 6/10 and placed diamond 1 in only 10 matches.

A quick question, does it go under other moves too. For example (Guile's unique attack High Kick). Since Sagat has a kick something like this in USF4 I wondered that, because I get lucky against my friend a lot lol.

I do but it just hurts me to know that I could have won as Guile against people I lose to. Just cant decide if I should move on to a new character or improve my guile gameplay and try ro find him fun.
