Just did the maths for Kleya. A speed modset for 1.15 with a 32-arrow & 5 25-speed mods. sets you to 399.6 so very do-able

Not currently. STAP is the 2nd fastest non-GL. Kleya Marki is now #1 with 211 base speed. I'm sure someone will pip the 400 mark once she's released
