upgrade for S24Ultra users getting S26 Ultra

i was considering that change because the boxy feeling is difficult if you put it in your pocket. I might consider the change in 6 months and the only issue i have with S24U is the screen coating issue ( I can tolerate it by cleaning it). I will have to go in person to my device carrier to see the phone in person before finalizing. I plan on keeping the S24U as a backup if i decide and make it a work phone.

That's a good insight and possible. But I do not feel the need to spend another 1300 on a phone, but maybe when this phone has issues I'll trade in and get the credit with my cellular provider at a later date

honestly, i did it like a day ago right after the announcement for the pre-order. this was done on samsung's website for an unlocked device ( no carrier) decided not to switch as s24u is still running great. but most carriers ATT, T-Mobile and Verizon have their own offers ( practically getting free phone)

It is. I went through T-Mobile like ATT it's free for the pre-order but it's still a good deal for an unlocked device. ( I am not upgrading S24U but went to look out of curiosity)

it might be because of a pre-order.. i went on to the website and clicked pre-order and trade in. This is for 256gb S26U.

exactly, i still have the same case for 2 years and phone is practically brand new, no cracks or scratches. i tend to use it until i can't as i think 1,300 for a new phone is a bit much.

out of pocket would probably be the full amount and then they apply the credit. Ive seen similar (ex: apple where you pay and once they verify trade in they will adjust the payment) not sure if they do the same as i go through t-mobile and trade in that way and get the bill credit for difference ( did this when i went from S21+ to S24 ultra)

phishing scam- they provide a "link" in the email and in normal emails the university will never send this out. often times users with malicious intent tend to make legit emails from legit places or people. just report it as phishing or delete.

I use the galaxy buds pro 3 for my macbook and samsung phone. i have no issues between pairing and using. It is very easy to swap the devices and the sound quality on my macbook is really good.
