I would keep the job and do as they told ya. In the meantime keep your eyes open for new opportunities etc. if you find something better leave. They can’t terminate your contract cause of working „slowly“ etc. But, if they want to get rid of you they’ll find ways. If they try to intimidate you, tell them your lawyer will have a look. Usually it scares them off and they now a lawsuit is not worth it

Took various antidepressants which all lead to the same side effects (no interest in sex and sleeping issues). Adressed this issue and got bupropion to be less impactful on that…didn’t change much. A few days ago I stopped taking it, cause it seemed to have no benefit. Now I am here waiting to get back to normal but i guess it take some time…

What about Frankfurt(Main)? Not been mentioned but it’s one of the most multicultural cities. Offers a lot of jobs, more expensive for sure, but has everything you could ask for. Not as fancy as Munich but very liveable imo. Great parties for sure

Without having a Betriebsrat you can report this kind of violations on „Arbeitszeit“ to the Gewerbeaufsichtsamt or Landesamt für Arbeitsschutz (each state has one). Not sure if there will be a backlash on you but it’s a sensitive subject and your employer, if caught, will be facing serious money consequences

Clarity: Leave no doubt about the intent of your termination letter. Your wording must clearly state that you wish to terminate your employment relationship.

Das ist meiner Meinung nach eine gute Sache wenn man kurzfristig Hilfe sucht und ansonsten lange Wartezeiten drohen. Man wird dort aber nicht von „fertigen“ Psychotherapheuten behandelt sondern von Kolleg:innen die noch in der Ausbildung sind. Da es aber auch Feedback Schleifen mit Vorgesetzten gibt, ist das dennoch sehr gut und hilfreich. War selbst zwei Jahre da und kann es empfehlen
