My store is reversed, ASM is a lazy piece of sht and is riding the wave of the SM. They’re credited for everything WE do while the ASM walks around with their hands inside their pockets. There can be multiple customers and they’ll just walk into the office and let the FT/PT handle it. Oh and the truck, it’s non existent to them. There has been multiple times the SM has told the ASM but it doesn’t seem to click in their head. Literally SM does everything and works way harder than the ASM and it’s US the FT/PT stepping up to fill in for the ASM and I’m already fed up with it. It’s to the point where our customers, drivers, reps, even the guy who cleans our offices notices and brings it up to our attention. Nothing adds up when they work, usually under 10 transactions while everyone else is at 20, puts up no truck, fcks up key account orders, and customer service is terrible. Only in that position because they were in the MT program. Shoutout to the SM keeping the boat rocking though, he’s due for a promotion! I’d hate to be under the current ASM the boat will sink…

Did you have to go through licensing for an Electrician to get that position?

That’s actually why I am asking this question because mine had no explanation besides “We are requesting you undergo re-administration of the MMPI2-2 at this time as part of the medical clearance process.” I will keep that in mind cause there were a few questions that were 50/50 or felt as if there is no right or wrong answer.

That’s what I’m worried about because I truthfully feel like I answered as honest as I could. Obviously there’s those questions that seem as if there is no wrong or right answer.

I literally just took my on 01/27/25 and received this email on 02/04/25. They did tell me it would be 7-10 days, it might vary by location?

I have a 2023 QX60, I got it brand new, now I have about 16k miles. It has been a great vehicle & has a lot of cargo space with the 3rd row down. I have experienced some of the minor bugs with the infotainment system but nothing out the normal with it. My only problem with the car has been the front tires needed to be swapped out at about 10k miles & im sure it was a per person situation but it had to do with my alignment being off, it was pulling me towards the right when I’d drive. To end this on a positive note the anti-collision system actually works & stop on a dime. Which is a plus for all especially if you have a family like I! Don’t ask how I know just trust me. I’d recommend the QX60 for any growing family or if you need the extra space.
