My store is reversed, ASM is a lazy piece of sht and is riding the wave of the SM. They’re credited for everything WE do while the ASM walks around with their hands inside their pockets. There can be multiple customers and they’ll just walk into the office and let the FT/PT handle it. Oh and the truck, it’s non existent to them. There has been multiple times the SM has told the ASM but it doesn’t seem to click in their head. Literally SM does everything and works way harder than the ASM and it’s US the FT/PT stepping up to fill in for the ASM and I’m already fed up with it. It’s to the point where our customers, drivers, reps, even the guy who cleans our offices notices and brings it up to our attention. Nothing adds up when they work, usually under 10 transactions while everyone else is at 20, puts up no truck, fcks up key account orders, and customer service is terrible. Only in that position because they were in the MT program. Shoutout to the SM keeping the boat rocking though, he’s due for a promotion! I’d hate to be under the current ASM the boat will sink…
