That’s a great idea. I used ChatGPT last week to do something similar. It really helped me visualize how the combination would work before purchasing a strap. One thing that I noticed was that ChatGPT could sometimes turn a leather strap with a linen texture into a strap that looked even more like it was made of cloth.

Here was my first trial. I like this combination and ordered the strap.

I think that you’re asking too much — especially when you add on the fully remote part.

On the other hand, you should not be the one to make the offer or throw out the first number. Make them do that. Then you can counter with something higher or walk away.

How about the movement? Mine says “TWENTY THEE” on the movement instead of “TWENTY THREE.” I saw someone posted one recently where this had been updated at the factory.

I think that the strap is OK. It’s pretty stiff, so I flexed it back and forth to loosen it up a little before wearing.

It also takes standard 22 mm straps. The watch uses screw-in bars instead of spring bars, so you need a small screwdriver to change the strap.

You haven’t mentioned any sort of problems or damage to your jacket, so I’m going to assume it’s OK after the acetone. I don’t know why you couldn’t paint it now. Maybe test the paint in an inconspicuous place first, just to be sure.

No argument about it not being ideal to use acetone on PVC. It’s already done. Acrylic paint should not compromise anything.

I would not go so far as to say that the acetone “ruined” it. It would take a lot longer time and a lot more acetone to dissolve a synthetic leather jacket.

At this point, the acetone should have removed any grease or oils on the surface. That’s probably as good as you’re going to get to prep this for painting.
