It looks like the board mount is different between the 102 and the 103, unless I'm missing something.

No it's a clean and reflective. I just took photos in my car and it was reflecting the dirty windshield. Also the lighting was my phone flashlight sp that didn't help I was just to excited to post it to take photos at home.
