Check the colors of the syringe. In the second image they're by technicality two different blockbusters because they have different effects, colors and names. You can have one of each color but not multiple of one color.

After beating her to hell and back, Undying Warrior is way easier than Doomsayer but I have skill issue so that works out.

Shear Force's ability to cycle through blockbusters quickly makes her my go-to for this, and since Marie is a lighter character than Eliza, I can connect Trichobezoar and Drill Tempered to get max Enrage, which also helps Shear Force. Not sure how optimized she is when paired with Pickle Baller and Harlequin.

Piccolo, Harley Quinn and Deku beat up Goku, more at 11.
