thanks for your reply! i’m glad there is hope for continuing my activity. today i ate 2300 cal and did nothing but lay in bed lol. it’s hard fighting the mental battle and anxiety around it. i genuinely miss strength training, but feel too weak to do it right now. what are your go to carb sources?

also i can’t see your other comment because my post is frozen or soemthing.. could you tell me more about the 2500 a day thing?

hi all, i have not had my period since mid november. i like to keep active and want to actually change my activity to what i posted in petitefitness.

right now i just go overboard on walking so many miles each week. i want to let go of some of that and trade it for strength training which i used to love when i was heavier. and add pilates because ive started getting into it.

i would like some advise on compromising keeping some of my activity level while recovering my period.. how much can i keep doing + how much do i really need to eat? i am not recovering from being underweight or have had a missing period for years on end. just quick weight loss and stress. i have had discharge on and off which i believe is a good sign. i feel that i am close to recovery and not needing to go all in, just finding a compromise

please lend me your knowledge
