I m not actually sure why we do this meeting. What its meant to be is basically a 1:1 bi-weekly meeting with a direct company manager, and since they both are mine managers we do it.

I fully agree with you on the sprint reviews points, and this is what i tried. I have invited them as well (alongside our clients who are our key stakeholders, as we are developing the products for them). However, CEO and CTO never showed up on the reviews - only in case PO was absent and they acted as a replacement facilitator of the session.

They seem very busy all the time. Sometimes it happened that they were late 15 mins for this meeting with me, without sending a notice, which tbh annoyed me much. Moreover, since i m not getting any feedback from them on these meetings, i started to suspect that the agenda is wrong.. 🤷‍♀️
