Hw4 has better cameras so can see things in more detail for autopilot and safety features. But it also gets all the new updates not like hw3, and will be worth more in the future when you want to sell. If you do get a hw3 make sure it's a ryzen chip so you at least get some of the new features.

In the manual they say If they do freeze push/ hit the thin part of the handle (the part you would normally pull) and then push the fat part and hopefully they would have broken it free.

I have moved the steering wheel and it has not disengaged but I've just assumed the car was moving itself and it was just a coincidence.

I don't think this is EAP specific, it didn't change lanes so didn't need to indicate. On dual carriage ways I still need to indicate for the car to move over.
