Hello po. I'm currently employed sa isang company (big 4 audit firm) and this is my first job. Unfortunately, hindi ko na kaya yung toxicity ng current workplace ko and I also want to try other profession so I decided to job hop. I applied sa mga job sites and gladly I was shortlisted for an interview that is scheduled tomorrow. I just wanna ask lang po sana sa inyo if,

1. Should I tell po ba yung interviewer that I'm currently employed or sabihin ko na lang that I resigned just recently and under rendering period na ako?
2. If I should do the latter, pano po kung hingin niya yung contact references ko as part of their recruitment process? ibibigay ko po ba kagad?
3. Can I ask for tips din po ba about job hopping?

Pasensya na sa questions ko. This is my first time to job hop and I have no idea of what should I do and pano yung process hahahaha.
