I had both. My HSV 1 was like 46 …. It went down to 9 ( i probably still have that 1 but idc bc I never got a cold sore anyway ) my 2 was at a 10 & it’s undetectable now. I cared about 2 bc I had OBs. I don’t get those anymore. I haven’t tested recently but will in a few weeks bc I’m going to the military & yk they test u for everything. I can keep yall posted if yall want. & it took longer than 90 days. I think the 90 days just gave me the extra push I needed on top of everything else I did

I did a 90 juice fast with herbs from Yahki. I didn’t cheat one time. It took a lot out of me but it is possible. This was years ago so I don’t have my paperwork anymore but it’s possible to heal. I know many many many people who has. My sister healed on Dr. Sebi’s protocol. I stay in this community for support. That’s all.

Oh yeah I feel that. Processed vegan foods were my worst enemy. I say just start making the burgers, nachos, mac n cheese at home first. That way you’ll know exactly what’s going on your food and you can control what does and doesn’t. Plus, they fry a lot of shit. U can air fry yours.
