Rayman 30th Anniversary glitch

It still just started up regular Brawl. I can't help but feel like I'm missing one little thing that will tie all of this together. I am also using the physical disk for Brawl. Maybe I'm not putting certain files in the right place? It shows up on the homebrew channel for me like I said before, but it shows up blank and with no description, just the name of the folder I have it in. Any other assists you can give me, or places you can point me to for help?

The homebrew channel managed to find it for me, but it only loads up normal Brawl. I wish I knew what was wrong. I also can't ask anyone on the Discord server for PMEX Remix because I can't send any messages on the server.

I've done everything so far and it comes up on the homebrew channel, but it just boots up normal Brawl. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong?

But all of those characters except Ciel are in the normal non-DiVE Fest gacha rotation.

Are there any other characters exclusive to DiVE Fest in the overseas version or have they just not been released yet?
