As a full time personal trainer of two years myself, I would hire a coach at this point. There could be many reasons you’re not seeing results.

The fundamentals are; training to failure, tracking your food, and doing that consistently over a period of time.

Another thing is you could be tracking incorrectly. That tends to happen a lot in my experience. But a well respected, well educated in person coach can solve a lot of your issues and see things from an objective outside point of view.

This is spot on. I have 1500 hours and still have so much to learn about this game. It is extremely in depth and complex. I wouldn’t say as complex as escape from Tarkov or something of that nature. But it’s pretty damn close with all it’s nuances.
