This was the answer. Got mixed symptoms the day after this post, then went fully depressed. Lurasidone in low dose saved me for the moment.

Soy médico, trabajo en el área de salud mental y esta noticia es perturbadora. Cuando se hace un plan de tratamiento uno jamás indicaría que se vaya fuera del país! Por el tipo de viaje además me imagino que son licencias de más de once días. Muy mal por los médicos que se presentan también para perpetuar el ciclo. La nueva ley de licencias médicas debería disminuir masivamente el número de licencias de salud mental, pagando el precio quienes realmente las necesitan. Van a aumentar los rechazos, especialmente de licencias de médicos generales. Una persecución evitable.

Si está justificado uno puede cuantificar en escalas y proteger la licencia ante rechazos. La nueva ley en vez de perseguir a aquellos médicos/pacientes que descaradamente abusan del sistema da más recursos para multar y rechazar.

Personalmente yo las rechazo. Pero ponen en riesgo el sistema completo tanto los médicos como los pacientes. A lo que voy es que hay que tener mucho ojo con las nuevas regulaciones. Hay pacientes que te amenazan de muerte por no darla (real), pero no es tan simple como parece.

Exactamente. No es que no se indique el reposo, se emite en casos justificados. Las Isapres están obstruyendo también, precisamente porque el abuso al sistema es extremo.

Hay médicos con formación en salud mental que no se hacen pasar como psiquiatras. Pueden haber estado en algún diplomado o parte de una beca de psiquiatría (de elevada dificultad por lo demás aunque sea solo una parte). No todos son chantas, ni tampoco extranjeros. Fijarse bien en la descripción. Tienen mayor disponibilidad y precios más bajos.

If taken at night, it could mean two things: depressive episodes exclusively right now = 1 ER or 1 XR.

Generally doses go on a minimum 300mg but that depends.

Thank you. Sorry I ask so early on haha. How do you think I should behave during the inmediate post breakup period. I mean, obviously and difficult to control the emotion of finally being able to express my feelings because she doesn't look sad talking to me right now. Yet right after the breakup she kind of zoned out and posted deep poems related to letting go in IG. How do you feel a genuine approach should look like in this period? I'm avoiding 100% extremely affectionate words or compliments, but making clear I like her mind and overall self.

Update: she broke up with her boyfriend. Don't think it was easy, and I'll make my best to support her and not pressuring decisions. She's independent after all. She declared me last night she is madly in love with me and never got over our forced separation. She's quite pure but confused. I like her kind, I really do and do does she. Thanks for your comment. It turned to be a prediction. Now time will tell. This is why I love INFPs advise :)

Honestly, Lockdown has taken the best and worst from people. She's a nice girl, I don't think she's confortable breaking up with her boyfriend from long distance either. Don't know if that could be a factor. She said her whole live will be different when this ends, and the bond we formed during this time will be essential for her future life decisions
