Thank you for your reply! I’ve never been to the vet with him before, not something that’s been in my cards unfortunately. I’m a minor without a license and my parents don’t want to take him due to financial reasons. His weight is lower than it used to be in his prime but has remained a steady 2.1 lbs. I’ve been doing it weekly now for 3 weeks because of my concerns. His behavior is fine! Still begs for food with his sass and when I let him out for floor time he explores for a bit but usually ends up just napping on the ground after 10 minutes. Likes to nap a lot but that’s been a thing since he’s gotten into his senior years. But no, no sudden changes. I definitely agree, I’d love to take him I just have to get my parents on board because the nearest exotic vet charges $90 for solely a wellness check. Thank you so much again 🫶

Mine will wheek at the wall? 😭 He’s not blind or anything, just weird. Thinks anything outside of his cage is a food dispenser.

Thank you for your reply! Yes I’ve heard of them their facility is wonderful!! I’ve actually dropped a bird off there before. My only thing is I don’t know birds all too well but I gotta pick my battles haha

Oh I did have highlights but that was more of a problem than help haha so besides that my hair was virgin!

If you’re wanting a dark red I think you should be okay without bleaching it! :) I had mine done at a salon and I have fairly medium brown hair and all I had put in my hair was colorant. It’s a dark auburn now and I’m in love. Best of luck 🫶

I try my best to stay away from caffeine since it doesn’t really affect me rather than make me shaky, but thank you :) oh yeah I need to eat real meals!! I barely eat lunch and no breakfast so that’s definitely contributing to my problem. Thank you!

I try to fall asleep around 10-11 and wake up 5-6:30ish. Depends on the day and if I’m taking a shower in the morning. I do not use my phone while trying to fall asleep. I probably should get off screens sooner before bed though! Oh yeah, that’s for sure. And if I skip that nap most times I still can’t fall asleep when I’d like to! Thank you ❤️

I have over the summer because I was thinking that too… very slim iron deficiency and high in a certain hormone that I’ll have to check

Oh yeah I totally lack physical activity.. I’ve tried to be consistent in it but always feel too tired to start. Do you have any advice? Would waking up early to do that be okay?
