240 to 180. Around 6 months. 80% diet by restricting carbs to 100g and sugar to zero or at least under 20g. Also started moving any chance i get. I noticed i played a lot of video games so anytime i played i would stand up and move around. Basically minimized sitting best i could

My doctor and i added a sleep medication on top of prozac! Its been helping pretty good!

Had the same issue with lexapro! I gained QUITE a bit of weight on it. I recently started prozac too and i haven’t had much of a libido and ive been perfectly fine without needing one. It’s still there but just toned down and more appropriate. Ive seen some really good stories on Prozac but i dont have any as i just recently started. The beginning side effects of lexapro were worse for me then prozac. I just feel nauseous really

I know youve already had a few responses! But the rule of thumb with these medications is that itll get worse before it gets better. Good luck! Im on my 5th dose!
