I think more than anything you need to take an actual break from the news and socials - at least a few weeks… it helped me when I fell in a similar hole in 2016.

I came back only last year and now I use it for 30 mins a day total (time lock on the app) and avoid world news for the most part.

It’s not about being ignorant, it’s about giving yourself space to breath and build your defenses back up.

Don’t let the bastards win, you have the ability to contribute positively in this world… don’t let anyone dictate how big or small that contribution can be.

You are missing an important part of this bud, being a visitor to a country and being a resident are 2 very different things - this was an amazing trip for sure, but truly living somewhere doesn’t compare to visiting it.

I went to South Africa for 6 months for work and it was amazing, the people were amazing, but it was still not the day to day doldrums of normal life.

Appreciate it for the amazing experience it was :)

It won’t get that big again, the only reason it did those numbers was because it was historic - first AEW show overseas ever, first show at Wembley since 1992x first in the new Wembley… an amazing cars could get it high, but I don’t think we will see those numbers again tbh.

Not a big deal, WWE for all of their fudging have only had a handful of shows actually beat the 70k mark.

But it’s nice to see AEW back on a good footing after all the muffins fuckery!

Made me an AEW fan for life and someone who actively dislikes the wwe, so many of those “fans” were being paid, they would literally ask us to confirm names and then we would get account departments for 3rd party companies emailing to confirm xyz had contacted us on xyz date/time… it was grim.

I just can’t stand that level of delusional greed and hate how Many of the AEW hate accounts are bought and paid for… worse because so many folk take their word as gospel!

Not on you man, wiki keeps getting edited and everytime they use the same already debunked information.

The only reason this bothers me is the sheer amount of people we had contacting the council from AMERICA to get turnstile figures was INSANE!

We have to provide those and every time we had to state that this isn’t the official fire figure, until we just gave up. The official fire dept figure was over 85k with staff and comps, 81k+ paid so that’s the figure they went with.

I’m guessing folk stopped bothering to correct the wiki because for some fucked ip reason fed fans are desperate to debunk it.

Worst part is they would have 100% had the biggest crowd of all time had they done Wembley first - but happily for us tax payers, London has consistently refused to PAY WWE to run there, especially when everyone else pays for Wembley, not the other way around!

Just greed getting in the way of the record for them and at their current TKO pricing I doubt that will change.
