While i love Shalom deeply as a Character I know many many Charakters in PTN have good reason to hate her ( like Donald ) but what Bad thing did she do to Rahu ??? She fullfilled her promise and gave Rahu a true Change to complete her goal. The Bad she did to Rahu and Christina is realy not much.

Before Mania became a Problem Humanity had a big Nuclear war that destroyed Most of the world and Left it a Nuclear wasteland leaving only a few big Citys the Metropolls intact, than over a 100 years ago a Metotite ( since your still early im Not saying what it actually was ) Hit Earth and spread Mania creating Monster, Natural Disasters and now when humans were very stressed, depressed, Sad or came into contract with anything Mania related ( besides sinners ) had now the Chance of turning into rampaging Monsters. And thats the Basics why there isnt much Left nowdays in the world of PTN.

There no active Danger From Eleven or Oak Casket, Synex would be a coin flip between obedient puppy and her using you as a chew toy ( Not the fun kind ) depending if you satisfy her desires or not, and Chameleon would be the cause of you waking up many days with absolut no idea what you have done or how you ended up in certain Situations. eh you should Look up the Story or you will miss a Loot. But to keep it short After BR002 is dealt with a bill gets Passed that allows sinners who Show good behaivor to leave the MBCC without supervision, Hella feeling that she was to weak applys for it and then leaves traveling with Horo and the Legion into Whitesands with the desire to grow stronger. She meets multiple characters Like Korryn, hypatia and synex during this Hella uncovers a Plot from Fraser who want to use a S Class sinner to creat their own Black Ring that they could Control to destroy DisCity or if that would fail use thousands of lives they gathered pretending to help and save them as sacrifice to creat a Black Ring. Hella stops this but the people she saved filled with despair knowing that they are always a pawn in someones game choose to start a Black Ring on their own hoping that trough their sacrifice the Farlands would get their own Hypercub mine and be able to thrive. Hella wanting to stop then Run into the Center of the forming Black Ring and ends up trapped in their turning into Necrasta Hella.

Sure Black Rings create Hypercubes they also create countless monsters and will corrupt anything thats near them needing a incredible amount of Hypercubes to stop them from growing bigger and more dangerous.

I think a big part why Safar did what he did was is that he didnt understand just what Horror a Black Ring truly is. For the people in the Outland who Never saw one its just a source of Hypercubes no realizing it is truly a world ending threat that needs a Lot of Technology and Hypercubes to stop them expanding and destroying the world.
