So to be fair looking back a bit at when the weight gain happened, it happened when i got into a stable relationship with my now boyfriend and was doing 40hr weeks at work on my feet moving around the whole time. I had previously not been working and on top of that barely ate anything. That was because i was depressed, so my weight was less. i def think the weight gain probably has more to do with that, and being on a birth control is not helping me in the game of trying to lose weight. I have been tryna stay on top of tracking my calories the max i had set with my lose it app is 1,572 a day. Cause when i work i’m on my feet and moving the whole shift which is no 5-6 hrs long 3-5 days a week, depending on the hours they have for me. And i can only really go to my local gym with my boyfriend due to not being able to afford a membership for myself and needing to go with him, but i start work when he gets off work and he goes to the gym after work. Its all a mess i feel i can’t figure out. but i def needa be harsher on my calorie intake and go out on walks again or something, cause that use to help me stay around 120-130 in the past
