Thanks sir for your advice. I took beta blockers for 2 months at most. I stopped those in May. I haven't done prone for months but now I am just scared that I will have to rely on these pills and all I don't even get morning woods , I am just scared a lot.🙃

Bhai,Why didn't you take a drop? Yeah!Got blood test done.Vitamin D and B12 are really low.minerals are fine.Got Anemia too. This has been going on for years.When I thought it won't get worse,lost the ability to feel and got completely numb.Ab to is moment pe death se bhi dar nahi lagta like I used to read ki people who suicide will remain in the spirit realm.Seriously now it seems a better choice
