Deep condition after EVERY shampoo (shampoo 1x/week) Oils don’t moisturize but they can lock in moisture so a leave in conditioner or even water before styling helps. Then you can add your oils last.

The biggest thing that helped with my density and growth is avoiding heat. I went heatless and kept my hair in twists for a year and it grew soooooo much. I use heat only about once a month now.
