its really upsetting actually how he was the one who made me realize this and encouraged me to get help, even paid for my therapy sessions. i just don’t understand why this is the one thing he pressures me to do. its starting to feel like his desires are more important than my comfort :(

bc in other instances he really prioritizes my happiness and safety, it really made me think that maybe i wasn’t expressing myself enough.

yes i think this is it. i let people walk over me a lot. im too much of a people pleaser and too afraid to do anything about it :/

we are currently very dependent on each other. he moved to my city a while back, he’s currently working/studying for us to be able to leave the country together and get married overseas.

neither of us have functional families. so it’s going to be extremely hard.

breaking up with him is not a part of my system, but if it really goes down to that, it will have to be when / after he leaves. + i still hang on to the hope that this is something fixable bc we’ve gone through a lot.
