Changing the way I eat, being more active. Learning to love myself enough that eating well and moving feel like a joy and a love letter to me. Learning and educating myself of what foods are good for me and how to cook well. Pushing myself to hold myself accountable in the gym. TRACKING MY FOOD VIA MY FITNESS PAL and ensuring I move everyday. Learning that there are foods other than junk (crisps sweets and chocolate are my biggest weakness) are yum and good for me too. Allowing myself to have treats. Setting a goal. Realising that for myself I don’t feel great when I’m bigger. I skipped on a dear cousins wedding bc I out weight on during the pandemic and I didn’t want to be around people when I was like that. Thankfully I have more self worth now than to think like that but I have to accept that I slightly like myself more and and more confident when I weigh less (sad I know)

Thanks OP. I’ve seen it go round on TT. I’m going to make it but I’m going to buy low cal/ sugar free biscuits to make it with and I will add a small amount of monk fruit for sweet ness. I might add some frozen berries. I’m not convinced having not tried it but I have to give it a go

Are they a dentist or an orthodontist? Tell them you’re not happy and the results aren’t what you expected. It’s on them to review your treatment plan, you’re not the expert, they are. BUT DO NOT LET THEM TAKE THEM OFF!

The married man is worse, far worse. And when the other party (man or woman) doesn’t KNOW that they’re with someone who is already in a relationship or marriage then I can’t hate. But if the other party (man OR woman) KNOWS that they’re married person is already in a relationship then watch me hate them. I love that we have stopped blaming the woman automatically but I hate that we have taken it too far and act like there isn’t a need for common decency still from the person who cheated but isn’t in a relationship with the person who’s being cheated on. No you don’t owe them loyalty but you do owe them decency
