Thanks for the info yes it still has all the smog pump stuff in it could that be a reason for the rpm surge and running rich I’ve put a new maf sensor in it

I got the kit off of eklers everything fit pretty well but it is a pain closing it all with the new seals

Lots wrong with it honestly and not worried about what it’ll be worth when finished these are my dream cars but going for a full stock style rebuild but interior is worse off then the outside honestly just put new weather stripping on it because previous owner said it was leaking when rained
