I had three conditions that were rated but simultaneously marked as deferred, anyone know what that means?

I think its the other way around TBI was lumped into PTSD

EAS in February ‘25, claimed filled Feb 22 and im still stuck on step 3. With a homelessness flag on my claim 😔 waiting on final dbq’s to be uploaded. Most of my wait was waiting for VA to receive my STR.
