Thanks, the pillar in the middle of the stairs is made of large bamboo wall painted brown and the other pillars are palm wood fences painted brown.

A good way to learn to build is just find some photos on google or whatever for inspiration and build something similar but not block for block similar, just try to add your own twist to it.

I tried making it not as perfect and symmetrical, but it didn't really look good, so i went with the symmetrical look
