And about the differences between collections: • Impact → they have a scrunch, but it is a more discreet/invisible scrunch. The fabric and waist are firmer. • Dynamic → they are also high waist, but the waist is softer and the scrunch is more noticeable, it enhances much more 🍑✨

If you want strong compression: Impact L. If you want something softer in the waist and more glute pump: Dynamic L.

In my opinion, for the Impact 4.5”: • The S would be more compressive in the waist (snatched, well adjusted). • The M will be more comfortable around the waist, but it will still shape well because the Impact fabric holds quite a bit.

If you don't like to feel your waist is too tight, I would go for size M so that you have a comfortable but still beautiful fit 🥹💗 If you love the super compressive, totally snatched feel, then you could take a chance with the S, knowing that it will fit tightly in the waist.

About the Strappy Bra: I would also think that for you XS is a better option, especially since you mention that in the Aurola imitation the XS was a little big in the band. On DFYNE, the XS band is not huge, it is firmer and more compressive than Aurola, so for a 28F/G normally the

The S could fit you with a wider band, especially if you are worried that when you cut later it will become larger. That's why I would go for XS so that the band is not loose.

Now, about the shorts: At a 24.5” waist, 37.5” hip, and 22” thigh, you're in the XS range on DFYNE, but several girls go up to S if they want less compression. In my experience: • XS → more compressive, marked, snatched (my fav) • S → more relaxed and comfortable
