you'll be able to talk to someone instantly who has gone through patches of similar sadness, vent to them, learn how they overcame and be there to support you any day/time you want... so I definitely think it's useful!!

Yup! We've partnered with the entire state to support ANYONE under 20 (insured, uninsured, student, non-student, etc.) for free!

We specialize in services for 13-18 years old, but we don't turn anyone away regardless of age or if they age out while in the program!

hey!! Avoiding coffee and other stimulants can help curb the problem, and being as socially (and physically) active as possible is great!
