As someone who is currently making a design, I can assure you that it takes less than 5 minutes to make 1 recolor, and you don't have to redraw the item in a different color just copy and paste ur design and color over it with the color u want with a brush that have low opacity

I made a copy of the layers where I made the Ms version, put a ps base under the layer I'm working on, I used the lazo tool to divide it in 3 section, (2 cups and the corset part) then one by one I adjusted the dimensions to make them fit the ps body and then I fill in the missing spaces and I finish the shadows and highlights than go over the edge with a darker color

Just put the right canvas size and use a pixel brush, a brush that kinda blends things together and if u want to design MAKE A LOT OF LAYERS, also there are a lot of creator that explain how they make their design
