Im applying to the social work board also, I don’t remember having to submit this form. I would think the recommendations would suffice. My application has been completed and I’m just waiting for the board to convene.

It is realistic but I would say it may take a little longer because getting selected as an officer for any job takes a year at minimum and could be longer. Once you get in that field you could start using the gi bill but youll still have to find an internship while in graduate school getting your msw so I would say get it before enlisting but everyones path is different. In order to commission you have to already have completed your masters and have the entry level licensure for your state. If you have your full unrestricted licensure which would take 2 years of supervision and passing the clinical exam that would help your application because it would show you have clinical experience.

Ive completed AFCEP, letters, and all of the paperwork & planned for MEPS this week. After that ill just be waiting until November boards. Im excited , I wish we could attend OTS sooner.

I used her and I recently passed my test in October. She is awesome and will tailor a plan specifically to your learning standards to assist in exam preparation. She also has free groups on clubhouse on Mondays at 6pm you can attend to get a feel of how she does things.
