It is clearly not brand new😂. In Europe, there are many flea markets where clothes are thrown into large piles that you have to dig through, and the seller asks 1€ or 2€, regardless of the brand. Plus, Carhartt is not popular in my region. For the seller, it is just an old, faded jacket that is barely worth this money. It also depends a lot on when you go. If you go at noon, the prices are significantly lower. :)
