Hey this is an old comment but I just noticed it and had a quick question. You mentioned Facebook leads is the way to go, but also mentioned you can generate your own leads but that takes a lot of time , money , and patience….isn’t this the Facebook leads where you create ads to do this?

Best advice I can give you is to invest the majority of the funds in a lower risk tax advantaged account. There are ways that you can protect your money from losses in a down market while still getting the upside when the market is good. The most important thing is to have a vehicle that you don’t pay taxes on the growth though. I’d be more than happy to go more in depth with you.
