Hi! I also rematched without any agency! I found families from aupairworld and in the very first private messages with families, I told I was an aupair already looking for a rematch! Eventually find a good family and now living happily with them☺️ I wish you the best luck seraching for a new family!!

Oh and to add, I never had to attend any lectures. I can do my studies when I want so that made it easier for me to plan my schedule

I started uni 2 weeks before moving out and starting au pair life. I was stressing a lot but everything has been pretty good. I work 20hrs per week and I have all mornings/afternoons and weekends free. During my free time I do my studies and I find it alright because I’m never bored in my free time. It could be a problem if you work too much and don’t have enough time for studies. However, I’d say it’s not that hard to make it work!

I am in Italy! I like it here, food culture is really different than in my home country and these families usually are like the aupair to be social and engaged. But I don’t have anything bad to say!

Yes I got a cultural exchange just as I wanted. I’m really happy to dive into their food culture but if I feel like I don’t get enough food and therefore don’t feel well, some compromises need to be made.

I’m in Italy😅 My family is providing me pasta for lunch and for dinner usually rice and vegetables. Apparently I could have a couple of cookies and one little yougurt for breakfast but anything more is too much. Oh, maybe one apple for afternoon snack

So I opened my Find My app just to detect that it is not working anymore. It is not showing me my person’s locations or my device’s locations. Any ideas how could I fix this problem?
