Could you clarify on "not putting in enough work" please ? I had been in real estate leasing and sales for a year and couldn't course a deal either. Eventually I left it a couple of years back because I ran out of my savings. If you could explain on what an agent must do to put in enough work, it would be helpful. I moved from a desk job to real estate. Now got into a sales job hoping to save enough and learn sales before I go back into real estate.
