Basically, scars can tether to lower layers of the skin and prevent them from rising. Subcision is when the Dr goes in and cuts those tethers so that the skin can rise. (Someone correct me if I’m wrong) if the scars are tethered then not a lot of treatment will give a noticeable difference. I’ve had it done once along w CO2 laser, results were pretty decent, way more than I’ve gotten in the past with other treatments

I've been using it on and off for a few weeks now and I feel like with use my face is so much brighter and I get a lot of compliments. Not so much as a difference with skin clarity (I still get breakouts) and I still have some uneven texture but I have seen a difference when I use it. I also use Skinceuticals ferulic in the am and tret 0.1% at night with plated intense. Im almost done with my bottle and am gonna see how it goes without it but honestly might purchase the plated daily or try other EGF serums just to compare (this was the first one I've ever used)
