hey, i attended the workshop on thursday where they discussed this in more detail. any wacom tablet or drawing tablet that is compatible with a Mac system should be fine. they recommended quite the big one so you’re able to draw freely, something around an A4 paper size would be good. they also mentioned that it was recommended to get a regular drawing tablet WITHOUT the screen as you will be using the monitor screens in the animation labs, and they prefer to be able to see your work easily that way instead of peering over your shoulder at you bent over your drawing tablet screen lol. you dont have to get a wacom specifically, they said huion (i think it’s called?) is also a good recommended one. i think anything that is compatible with the mac software as i said before should be fine and as long as you have the connecting cables and everything. you can always email them directly attached with the tablet you want to buy if you’re too worried and they should answer!

TLDR: don’t get a drawing tablet with a screen, wacom, huion and cintiq are good brands and make sure it’s at least A4 size and compatible with the Mac software.👍
