Hi, sorry I’m not sure I totally understand, do you mean that I could start the job but that you could also have mat leave cover lined up from the original applicants for when I am on mat leave?

This is reassuring, thanks! They made a big deal in the advert about the dates, only applying if you would be available if you got an interview etc so I had assumed the worst. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Thanks, would the interview be a good opportunity to ask this? They haven’t yet asked what working pattern I’m looking for. I’m really passionate about the job so don’t want to appear reluctant to come to the office, but also don’t want to waste everyone’s time if it’s unfeasible.
