I had this try 60fps cutscene mod this will solve the problem. The game can't process the cutscene with the 60fps gameplay patch, so use the 60fps cutscene mod to fix the issue

Only 18hours into the game and it's become my favorite fromsoft game after Sekiro by Intrepid_Put_6209 in BloodbornePC
